1. How do you ship domestic?
We ship domestic orders within the US borders and territories by United States Postal Services Priority Mail insured with confirmed delivery. If you want your package sent by another method such as UPS or Fed Ex there will be an additional handling charge of $5.00 added to the actual cost of shipping. Military orders are sent the same as domestic. We welcome all Military orders.
2. How do you ship international order?
Jan Marini Skin Research Products can not be shipped internationally. For all other product lines, we ship international orders via The United States Postal Services Global Express & Airmail Parcel Post, Economy (Surface) parcel post. All international orders receive a flat shipping rate which is disclosed in your shopping cart.
3. How much does it cost to ship my order?
Cost is calculated on weight and by postal zone.
4. What are your return policies?
We will be happy to exchange any items that are not completely satisfactory. The items must be returned to Hollywood Skincare Online within 14 days of receipt of your order. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non- refundable. Please notify us by phone or e-mail that you will be returning any item, so we can give you a return authorization number. Make up, Makeup Brushes & Hairbrushes are not exchangeable or returnable. Damaged items need to be returned to Hollywood Skincare Online and a new one will be sent out at no charge.
5. Is it safe to send my credit card information over the Internet?
Yes, we have a 100% safe and secure server. In fact it is safer then giving your credit card to a clerk in a store. Whenever you enter in your credit card information, that data is transmitted to the Hollywood Skincare Online .com administrator and is accessed only by designated staff members. Once the order is processed your credit card number is deleted from our database unless you request that we keep it on file.
6. Can I purchase large quantities for resale?
No, this site is for personal use only.
7. How do you stand on diversion?
Products sold on are site are for personal use only, we do not sell wholesale only retail. Any person buying from Hollywood Skincare Online for resale purposes will be reported to the proper authorities.

No, we only sell retail. We are not a distributor or manufacturer of beauty products.
9. What is your Privacy Policy?
We at Hollywood Skincare Online.com recognize your right to confidentiality and are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not give, sell, rent, or loan any of your personal information to any third party. This information will be secure in our database.
10. How can I cancel an order?
All sales are final, you cancel only before an order is processed. Once, processed your order is final. If your product is out of stock or back ordered from the manufacturer we will notify you within 5 days. International orders can cancel order if shipping cost amount to be excessive. Please take note that when an Internet customer negotiates a purchase order via this website, it is a legally binding contract between you the buyer and our company. The U.S considers it a legally binding contractual request by you for our services, as part of the Electronic Signature Act passed by majority vote of the U.S. Congress and signed into U.S. law by President Clinton, June 2000.
11. Substitution and Typos.
Hollywood Skincare Online .com is not responsible for typos of price or description. We reserve the right to substitute a listed product for one of a different size. Added value sizes will be sent when available. We will always make these substitutions on the side of the customer’s best interest.
